Our Origin
How it started
A story about arriving somewhere new, feeling lost, and deciding the next person shouldn't have to.
Jagan Mohan Mathangi, the co-founder of Jachim Growth School, arrived in the UK with an MSc in Financial Technology, a background in investment banking research, and exactly zero people in his corner telling him how to crack the job market.
He figured it out anyway. Within eight months of landing in a new country, he had a Data Analyst role at a UK company. But what stayed with him wasn't the job offer but it was the memory of how lost he felt in those early months. The endless googling. The LinkedIn rabbit holes. The unanswered questions nobody around him seemed to know how to answer.
That experience became the reason Jachim Growth School exists.
Jachim Growth School was built so that the next student, the one staring at a blank CV, unsure which career path even makes sense, wondering if they're behind, has somewhere to turn. Not for generic advice. For real, practical guidance from someone who has actually been there.
